I want a new "punk" hairstyle but i don't want my hair really short?

i have medium length hair and i want to cut it in a similar style to haley williams from paramore (w/o the color) but i just want the choppy look without having to cut alot of the length off and i want to be able to put it all up in a bun still... is it possible

yess. just ask for choppy layers and she has bangs. but idk what kind of bangs you'd want.

also, if you're into the "scene" look, its verry easy to style your hair big, poofy and scene with that haircut. you just need som hairspray and a comb.

but if you just want the choppy look, sometimes the haircut alone isnt enough to get it to look piecey and choppy. so get some styling wax, put a tiny bit on your finger tips, grab some end tips of your hair and kind of do a twisting motion with your pointer finger and your thumb.or just go crazy with hairspray and then brush it all down. it makes it kind of piecey.

yes i get a spiked tip on the bottom they use a knife thing instead of skissors get a pic u like of her hair bring it wit u they can do anything

you don't have to like maybe shoulder length at different layers and if not that then keep your hair color but have some die in it like streaks of pink or at the ends of your hair red tips...etc.

So it is pretty hard to put up without hair falling out of the bun.
