I have medium to tight curly hair that is cut just above my shoulders, will the garnier fructise surf hair paste make my hair wavy or what? I dont want any extra volume, I just want soft curls or waves.
Can you use garnier fructise surf hair on curly hair?
Yes, but you should use it while your hair is damp/wet. It needs to be activated in your hand by rubbing it back and forth until it warms up. I prefer Brilliantine Shine Wax or Soft Curl Cream. Soft Curl Cream also needs to be activated.
